My truck came from one of them, off the 40, and I promptly put 1k miles on it to get home.

A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
Lol he hates you.. He hates you more then me... he hasn't sold a truck for msrp since you.... good going bro! You beat a true dick

Truck was straight from San Antonio, that thing smelled like new plastic and rubber for way too long. 2 weeks old when I picked it up, 3 miles on the odometer

The dealers in Cali are pretty bad. Plus you cannot reserve anything. Some sort of consumer protection law allows anyone that wants to buy it out from under you.

Funny someone should post this. There’s a thread on here (complete with service report) showing where my 2020 off road was in the shop at least 3-4 times (even towed) before Toyota finally found the problem (loose wire in fuse box). I also know for a fact that another person has their 2020 in the shop with a rear differential that was “installed backwards” (??!!) and is waiting on parts to get that fixed.

Truck was purchased in Oct 2020, back when dealers were giving vehicles away.

MSRP in 2020 was not a deal.

When you changed wheels, did you use the sensors that came in the factory wheels?

They were definitely giving them away as I had 4 slip out from underneath me. Then got the allocation. I think at the time they were giving 1k off as well.

Taco’s have always sold for close to MSRP, even pre madness. Ugh, it’s hard looking back at how things were, back when Ford stocked 75 F150’s on the lot and gave em away for 10k under sticker.

Thanks. Yeah I don’t want to sell it. I’ve put a little too much into it, and it’s a bunch of fun.

Interesting when I bought my 07 sport I wanted an offroad manual access cab then I waited for about 3 months and gave up (that was 07) if you want a specific taco it's ridiculously hard. That example was almost 20 years ago...

Imagine if you wanted a 22 lunar rock access cab OR with the technology package.. they probably really make less then 5000 a year of that specific criteria

did you install that grille on the front of your truck? not saying that wouldve caused any issues, but just wondering if you changed anything else

    No I didn’t, I’m in Clovis.

Yea I’m honestly not considering the lemon idea. It was just brought up by someone on this thread somewhere earlier. I’ll look into it, I’m always down for a good listen
