They cost you some coin $$. And for the taco, aren’t the most efficient use of the space. But they are pure beef when it comes to strength and reliability.

I had spec’d out a custom version about 4” longer than stock. This was during prime Covid time and they were running way behind. They goofed and didn’t get the work done. They were totally willing to eat the shipping return cost and fab what I wanted. At that point, I was willing to take stock. They sent me another of their canvas backpacks for the trouble.

They are pricey, and the wait is really long. I called them 3 weeks before a camping trip thinking I could have the rack. About 9 months later it showed up! Haha! Worth the wait.

I honestly wish they didn’t give you a free accessory, two adjustable cross bars, and a really snazzy but unlikely to be used custom waxed canvas backpack. That would probably trim $150 off the price.

I used to get high 20s when I was stock but now....
Actually just did a 2.5 hour highway trip down from a camping trip today, was getting almost 16 which excited me

That's a horrible idea. What time?
Welcome to the not so excited section of the bleacher seats!

We did 5k+ last fall tor Grand Canyons rims and surrounding areas. About half way across 40, into a head wind, running ~80, with the KO2's on, 10 mpg. That was the only time I looked for two weeks.

Preparing for two weeks west again. I probably won't look at all.

The ko2s i had on before hurt as well, but the falkens arent any better. Although i drive like 100% city whenever im not on a trip, that kills me. I literally drive 7 miles to work and 7 back and it's 16 stop lights one way.
I usually don't look at mpg anymore, it's better that way. The game I play now is whenever I'm on a trip, I try to match my time elapsed to distance traveled.
I wanna go on a big trip so bad, but alas, life gets in the way.

Yep. We haven't been in a spot where employment allowed it. When I got the job I have now, we took two weeks to Yellowstone send the Grand Tetons. We've just decided we're going to go.

Washed and waxed my inferno yesterday (then it rained last night), but look at this gloss!

Sometimes I miss how my truck looked when it was simple/stock.

I just took all my camping stuff off for the winter, too. Didn't realize how much I liked the look of the truck with the bed cap, and full prinsu with nothing on it.

Hey if anyone is interested/needs I have the inferno rear bumper caps. Put an aftermarket rear bumper so don’t need them. Located in Bay Area. Karma, beer, meso goodies all accepted

Anybody put Inferno next to Octane? Curious what they look like side-by-side.
