Now that you have 4WP stiffeners and super pacific camper installed (guessing you got it), got any initial impressions of the 4WP stiffeners?

well said. every hot topic could have a summary like this. Imagine it there were a well constructed single post for:

    1. is it ok to run 5w-30
    2. What are my thoughts exterior lighting options?
    3. What are my options for a tune?
    4. Whats the deal with white Tacomas?
    5. When do I need UCA and what are my options?
    6. What are the pros and cons of an extended warranty and where is the cheapest place to buy?
    7. What is the general consensus on tire size?
    8. What are the pros and cons of toppers and tonneau covers?
    9. 1 or 2 I am probably missing. Thiink of all the time we could save by having these summary posts.

Been on the fence with TC and All-Pro.
All-Pro is discounted at times, have not seen TC discounted.
On the fence, if there are any opinions.
I do truck stuff carrying material couple a times a year. Material defined as things loaded by the yard.

If you let someone load your bed, they won’t treat it like you would.

    Total Chaos for the win.

    Brand new.
I prefer Total Chaos, it flows better along the bedline of the truck and is an easy install too.

    Check build thread!
    Ask @tacoma16 about that...
He wheeled with a camper shell, and some weight on top of the bed. His bed split into about 3 pieces. Ripped like a soda can. Seen it with my own two eyes lol.

He's also probably sick of me tagging him in bed stiffener threads

But, he and many other cases prove that these things are basically mandatory if you're gonna be running a topper or rack on the bed.

How was he “wheeling”? If I take my truck off-roading 5-6 times a year going at slowish speeds with a diamondback tonneu and generally pavement princess the rest of the time … is this needed? I hate drilling holes so it’s not about the money

I mean he wheels pretty hard nowadays... but i've seen it happen with just a topper on, whilest staying on pavement. Diamondbacks keep the weight lower, and induce less flex than a topper. Empty tonneau, i think you'll be fine. But, if you're loading shit on top of the diamondback, then i'd 100% get stiffeners.
