Yep. With some 1” spacers too.

 

So I ordered a set of ADV front fenders and rear bedsides and half the pictures I see of the rear bedsides the section under the taillight is filled in. Even on their website.
John from ADV says they had them filled in after the fact.

Does anyone have the ADV bedsides and received them filled in?

That paired with my mazulla rear bumper would look sick. I love my mazulla but hate the bolt on wings that fill that gap.

Would a good fiberglass shop be able to easily fill that in and keep the body line?

 

I don’t have anything to add other than why can’t third gen fiberglass look as good as second gen. The front fenders are 100x better looking.

I picked mine up where the section under the tail light was not filled and meant for an oem bumper. This was in 2019. I wondered the same thing for possibly ordering a new set getting them without the oem bumper fit.

 

Mine came in. Not filled under taillight. I was thinking just color matching the mazulla and the wings and call it a day

 

Saw Advanced dropped the one piece front end from their website....was gonna order one in december....looks like i might have to order the fiberwerx instead.

 

Anyone run McNeils 2nd - 3rd gen conversion ? About ready to slap mine on, been sitting on the parts for almost 2 years now lol

 

The guy on youtube with the sand colored, TTB, LS swap has that front end.

 

ADV +4 front and rear
3.5 LT
17x9 0 offset
35x11.5x17
No front spacers
1.25 rear spacers

Fronts fit perfect.
Rears as always need some trimming and adjustment

 

@IvanhoeTaco ya I’ve seen the video of how he explains how he installed the glass/conversion but I’m trying to use my actual factory locations and don’t want to cut up my oem wiring harness. I want to do a clean wiring setup not cut my connectors off like he did.

 

I feel you. I think the wiring would be easier to do than all the custom support brackets needed to make it fit well/be sturdy.

 

I’ll try and remember to take pics as I go. Hoping to have it all done soon.

 

Hows everyones front ADV door gaps?
As much trash I as talked about mcneil, their front fenders fit like stock. I was also able to use my headlight under trim perfectly with them. The ADVs will work but wont be perfect.

 

honestly I had similar problems my 2” McNeil’s fit really well but my +6 adv were a pain to get to fit even remotely decently… the adv rears were pretty easy though.

 

Got the rear on and starting to finish up the front.

Is this the McNeil conversion? 2nd Gen to 3rd Gen ?
