Anyone wanna buy a new pair of GasCan Oakleys? They look like shit on me, too wide.
They wont return them.. the orange O icon that pops out and is replaceable made them ‘custom’ apparently and I own them now.

Afternoon folks. No where near 100%. Started feeling it about 10 last night. Not horrible. But symptoms stronger than the 1st 3. Not sure if it's because it Pfizer this time instead of the Moderna or just luck of the draw.

Fatigue, a little stiffness with a couple of body aches and a low grade head ache. Haven't taken my temp. Not much appetite

Mine got progressively worse with each jab. Third one was death-bed type symptoms but shorter stint, maybe 12hrs worth. All pfizer. Youre probably on your way out though, it was nice knowing ya. Can I have your car? :D

    (kidding.. get well mister)

Sound deadening is that project I'm really really excited to experience when done, and really really not interested in tearing into as a project. i spend a LOT of time on the road in my AC, and use the phone over bluetooth extensively. Plus, we don't realize it but that constant low level droning can take a toll on hearing. I really outta should get it done.

    How much trouble was it?

    hey stockers..

spent the last 4 days either on the bike, or in a kentucky river hollow and not able to get online much. It would suck a lot of juice when I did try, so I didn't bother. Hope I didn't miss much.

@Plain Jane Taco I say this every year, but Kentucky is absolutely beautiful. 660 miles on my 43 year old bike, including Red River Gorge and the Nada Tunnel. That particular day was a 221 miler. Weather was in the 60's, bone dry, absolutely perfect. The tail of the dragon has nothing on these roads.

    upload_2022-9-26_15-11-33.jpg

took very few pics, for obvious reasons, but caught this ol' creampuff at Mario's right there in the Gorge.

Touristy stuff on Saturday. Castle and Key. A re conditioned distillery capitalizing on the Bourbon craze.

The thing about hairpin turn mountain roads is that its horse sense, not horsepower, that determines how long it takes to get through, and this ol' bike was right there with the new bikes every step. Handles fantastic. Even at 106K she's a runner.

Although I do have a significant maintenance issue to address....

    So...what'd I miss?

A few hours of being tired is worth the potential pluses for me. People had said the immune reaction to this one may be a little stronger because immunity has fallen off for many of us....or is nonexistent against BA4 or BA5.

I had a pretty nasty reaction to my second one so in talking with some medical professionals I held off from any of the boosters unfortunately. Kinda strange the affects of the '19 were less severe than the shot. Well except for the lingering and possible never returning full sense of smell and taste :annoyed:
