I've had mine out twice this year. :pout:

Sometimes I wonder why I spend as much time on it as I do.

Parts, parts, parts. Installed the clutch spring, tailgate cables and a few interior screws. Still need to install an interior handle, a few scuff plate screws, and upgrade the wiper nozzles. Waiting on the T1A handle for the driver's side to be in stock so I can swap those in.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

If there are no holes, or obvious damage, to the old strainer, I'd put it back in and send that bitch

There is no actual need to replace it, if it isn't damaged or clogged.

The rubber/cork gaskets on the valve body facing side of the filter are a bit solid/brittle. Was going to reuse it until I saw the condition of the gaskets. Replacement shipped this morning will be in a couple of days.

It's been a wild ride with it the last decade. No one's gotten serious about it so it may not be going away all that soon

I "replaced" it earlier this year with an E350 Sportsmobile.

Thanks for thinking of me, and posting. I appreciate it. But I'm 100% interested in getting rid of these stupid press in bearings.

Getting there... and i'm sure most will agree, for the record - trying to install the front diff with only 2 hands is a major PITA!

Upgraded to the Honda washer nozzles, upgraded the passenger exterior handle to a T1A, replaced a broken interior handle, replaced some missing scuff plate screws, and ran the wires for my Hellas (still waiting on brackets to mount them but went ahead and did the under-dash work). There was already a switch by my steering wheel that was at some point a kill switch for a subwoofer amp (previous owner stuff), so I repurposed it to a light switch.

new fuel filter, pretty sure it leaked out a 1/2 gallon of gas as i was un-threading/threading back together...
replaced the filter clamp bolt with a longer one so easier to get mounted back on.

Final installment of the Dusy/Ershim Adventure.

The last half of the last day of our adventure on Dusy/Ershim. It was finally time for me to pay up. Dusy demanded her toll for passage.

Going down Kaiser gate keeper is no joke. (Especially for longer wheelbase)

I need to do this. Which one of those fasteners fit the best, out of curiosity?

Mainly used the thinner of the fasteners,
    6.4 and the 7.1mm
one hole was oddly larger then the others in the fender well.
but even in the interior i used the smaller size of the push pull head/release of the fasteners
