Good morning friends. I’m going to have a very busy day at work - 2 machines being delivered and multiple meetings with some double booked.

 

Good morning. I have a felled tree in my back yard. Today I am going to cut it and stack it in an area until my step son comes for it.

Nothing to worry about from hurricane Ian for my area, may get some high surf but they don’t have us under a high surf warning yet.

We are under a fire weather warning for extremely low humidity and winds for today and tomorrow. Been about 3 weeks since our last rain and it’s very dry here.

Catching up on last night's post, bad idea.
Whenever I hear about someone else's teeth issues my teeth begin to hurt. I have to wait until Oct 10th to see a dentist for a cracked upper front tooth.

and how bad you feel after you have one..

Had 4 paragraphs typed and deleted it all cause I’m sure it has nothing with your stuff.

Lol The word team give me the same reaction as drinking ipecac…

 

The four paragraphs would have been a good read. This is my first official Building Leadership meeting so I’m going to let them drive their agenda, answer their questions, then ask them to help plan out a couple safety drills. I have sat through many meetings that could have been accomplished over a couple emails. Not my style. Their time is valuable…and so is mine. If I’m going to sit around for an hour their better be free food and drinks.

 

Yes it would have been a good read however, throwing my agenda on yours is not cool as it’s not in the same ballpark. It you want my take on this stuff and how it dragged everyone down for 2 or 3 days:you can pm me but I won’t put it on here.

I will say this.

If there is a problem with something, and it is only a couple of people, never talk about it to the mass
as WE. Nothing fried my ass more than being told something that we are doing wrong that I am doing it right just the way they want. Use a Separate meeting for those people.
