    Title tells the story.

Bought a 2019 Limited DBCB new, now approaching 88kk miles.

Lifted 3" and on 33" tires, added some steel sliders, carry a RTT most of the time. Drive closer to an old man than a teenager.

In the summer, had a glycol contamination result in a completely replaced transmission. Started as a pretty strong shudder and they found a low percent of glycol in the closed transmission. Stated it was an anomaly, nothing I could have done or prevented.

Last week had to replace the evaporator after the AC totally died. Started as a slight hiss, went out of town for a week and came back and it was not functioning.

Is this truck a lemon? Am I an idiot for paying a dealership for all this (~$3k and $1.5k approximately).

    Anyone else have similar issues?

The glycol sounds like the transmission fluid that goes through the radiator is leaking

Yes, I believe that is the jist of it. It was supposed to be a ~$7k+ bill for the full swap but I complained and escalated enough that the dealership covered over half of the bill.

As it was explained to me, a only slightly technically inclined individual, it was a rare happenstance that was outside of anyone's control.

Did you ever hit (or get hit by) anything which damaged your radiator in any way?

Nope, accident free other than some very very very minor scuffs here and there because I am reckless and park until I bump the things in front of me with the license plate. :)

Nothing that should have even come close to damaging the radiator.
