Not particularly exciting but I did get my truck aligned today, it desperately needed it after swapping out the all-pro arms for the Camburg, completely different geometry.

    Camburg under the all-pro.

Not something i'm going to do today, but i got the last package i was waiting for to really put some work into the truck this weekend.

-trans pan fluid drain and refill, oil change, rear bumper change (mine looks like swiss cheese), install the new receiver hitch, install the OEM roof rack, and hopefully if time allows install the roof rack tracks on my cap.

As long as you keep the volume low when near others you do you. Its pretty smart if you ask me. It does remind me of a time my girlfriend and I were driving to Banff and we stayed at a Provencal park outside of Brooks. We made our reservation in the loop with no one else in it. When we got there there was a big tent in the site right next to us with some (I'm guessing) road workers but they had a TV in there and had the volume so loud we could hardly have a conversation. We had to change sites. So don't be "that guy"

Dropped it off at a local import mechanic to figure out what the odd non-rhythmic smacking sound was coming from the block. Here's hoping it's just a tensioner that needs swapped and not the entire timing assembly.

It didn't sound to good in the video but I hope it doesn't cost you too much to fix. I don't have the slightest clue what that sounds coming from.

Just stock fogs.. Not sure what the deal is. Should probably get in touch with LaminX, I just wonder if this is unusual or sort of part of the deal with putting film on lights.

The part that really bugs me is that the burns are slightly off center.. Like my truck has two lazy eyes haha

Id reach out to them. I ran yellow LaminX on my Subaru for years without any issue like that. It could be that the lights are just to hot for the film but I don't know how that would happen if they are factory bulbs. You could just get some DiodeDynamic lights to replace them and you'll be much happier. A little more spendy though.

Finally had time to do these since getting home after 7months working out of state. Rubber was torn, but they still had grease in them. Went with Moogs. They were available locally. The Moogs are slightly beefier than stock. They are also grease-able so I will be greasing them as soon as the shipment comes in to Advanced.

I was ready for a battle, but all four bolts broke loose easily. Of course the last bolt had to be cut off, but that only tool less than ten minutes with a hack saw. Finished the job fairly quickly.
    IMG_3803.jpg
I was hoping this would get rid of the suspension 'click' I get when going over speed bumps, or around a corner when turning, but it is still there. I looked at the body mount bushings and the control arm bushings and they all look good. I don't see a steering rack leak or leaking shocks. I did not replace the sway bar bushing because that looks in really good shape.
Any ideas on what the noise could be?

Ordered some new UCA's from JBA. Super helpful folks. Base price of $508 was the best I could see for like UCA's. Plus they not only send you UCA;s they give you new alignment numbers to go with the new camber. Stoked to get them on. Uniballs from Camberg are shot, have been for a couple years, but now they are loose. They are old, and agree that for my uses of camping, dirt roads, etc. Dirt Kings looked good, and use Moog, but over 700 out the door on those. https://jbaoffroad.com/

I've replaced...... *cough* The LCAs, UCAs, Tie rod ends (inner/outer) Front Coils, Sway Bar end Links, Sway bar bushings and even a new damn Sway bar and my truck makes clicking/clunking noises still. I'll probably try body mount bushings next. Or radiator bushings
