I made a rule years ago. I dont do business with friends.I fell out with the Toyota service dept. this year. and the saleman was a life long friend, well i bitched all the way to the owner and carbon copyed my friend on everything. he never reached out so wont be dealing with him or them again.our family, weve bought 5 freaking vehicles there from him. and Yes the dealership sent me a damn check in the mail.

A little of this and a little of that.
    Good morning all,

A nice 50 degrees this morning. Well wishes for those who are in the path of this hurricane headed towards Florida. We need some rain here and it looks like this weekend will be wet.

    Stay safe out there. :oldglory:

All the best with the knee surgery Chuck.:fingerscrossed:

Oh yeah, Shelby cars! And you can look after your S-I-L.

Whew, that’s terrible to ask for your caterer, and with the past history of your friendship, and not invite you to their celebration. Sounds like they aren’t the people that you should spent time with. It sucks, but I’d move on.

46 here, with a high of only 56 due to incoming rain. Weather is more like late October.

Find some new friends. Quit worrying about them and why they do what they do. Sorry, I know it hurts, but you gotta move on and put them behind you.

    Ok.
    Is this all it is?
And I don’t mean to trivialize this.
I was imagining theft, deception, unkind remarks, etc.

You gave a specific date or time frame.
What did you do to them?
Now just don’t blast back “nothing”
    Think real hard..
People change, lives change, people “grow apart”.
Friends come and go no matter the time frame.
This has happened to me a few times.

    There are only two choices
#1 Just let it go, forget it.
    #2 Call them.
“Hey, can we shoot by for a few min? We need to talk about something.”
    That’s it.

Do not get in a defensive position.
    They need to be honest.
Ask nicely with no vision of confrontation.

Just ask why we haven’t been hanging out and if you did something wrong?
Obviously they haven’t done anything wrong to you. Cause you want to know they
    They stopped.

    It maybe Nothing.
    It maybe a minor thing.
It maybe just time and direction….

You said yourself it’s festering inside you.
10 min is all it would take..
