Hit from the side. Hit square on passenger side and dragged.

Maybe. To me, it looked like he got hit hard right in the B pillar right side, then rolled and went under the truck. Notice how frame and bedside is bowed towards driver side. My useless opinion lol.

I was looking at the lack of passenger side, and who knows where the hood is. Maybe drivers side taco, passenger side semi, then the taco spun under and the taco got eaten?

    edit
i was initially thinking passenger to passenger side for both trucks, but now I’ve got to get the hot wheels out. Anyone seen @EarthCruzn latley?

It was a TRD Sport, of course he walked away. The scoop is probably what saved him.

I think it's safe to say he hit his head on something, at least!

Looks like the rearview mirror is worthy of a part out.

Looking at it, looks like pass side of the taco and pass side of the semi met, then taco bounced down the side of the semi then did some off roading down the hill. Notice, pass side of taco is gone, but still has a driver side front fender in place. You can see the highway sign on the road above the taco.

Definite luck that the can opener chewed away from the occupied seat instead of towards.

Wild that it was a passenger to passenger hit instead of the expected driver to driver. That's a hell of a drift over the yellow line.

GOD DAMN!!! JESUS!!! HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!! CHRIST!!! ahem, scus me, that's incredible though, that's some serious damage!!!

Well I had a drunk lady in an suv slam into a car 3 vehicles back going 65 (hit the first dude so hard his drivers seat broke and broke his arm and leg), flip, and fly upside down into my bed...was pretty messed up but I could have driven it home XD I let the tow truck take it, insurance totaled it and I got another Tacoma, I really don't like driving anything else now

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
That had to have been a crossover head-on where the passenger sides of each vehicle met.

I had a friend a couple years ago who was driving 65 mph north bound in a Lincoln Navigator when a methed out semi driver heading east bound blew a stop sign at 65 mph and hit her in the driver side door. Let's just say that it completely shredded and removed the engine from the vehicle and killed her instantly. No airbag in the world can save you from that kind of impact. Physics.
