A little something every chance we get.
Thanks. Rub was on the flaps, which I removed. Then we gave it a couple turns after the new steering parts . Trimmed a little off inside corner. Rub just coming back, it's not much. @Slimwood Shady told me to have Firestone push camber back around 3. .
I have the King tool, tanks

Idler pulleys, tensioner, and finally thermostat housing removed. I miss my old 22R, or, heck, even an older! 283!

Well, here is the old pump. Nothing metal fell out, and the darn thing spins freely (not that will save its life, after all this).

I wouldn't have expected your water pump to spin freely after you said it felt like a pepper mill.

Also, did a thing this afternoon

:pccoffee: Good Morning SA! Appointments and errands today and tomorrow - so, I'll clean up the reuse parts in my spare time. Maybe do the yard Thursday so I have all day Friday to enjoy putting this back together!

Talked to a friend at a dealership about ordering the truck I wanted and he told me the odds of Toyota sending a manual to this part of the country with the supply shortages they're currently having is extremely unlikely. Even so, the dealership would still put a markup on it simply because they can right now. Found that one with a 6spd manual, about 10k miles, and every feature you could throw at a Taco and went ahead and had it shipped :)

I've still got it for now. I had a minor accident in February and figured I'd let the insurance deal with it. Biggest mistake ever. It's been in and out of the shop since early March. I haven't seen it since June. :(

Well damn, I’ve been looking for one, trying to stay under 10k for one. Hopefully they get it straightened out soon.
