What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I watched and rewatched that video about 15 times. I blew it up as much as I could without it becoming grainy. (I felt like I was trying to solve the Kennedy assassination.) I see what you're seeing but without FBI technology, you're never going to prove he was on the phone. 50/50 responsibility is very fair IMO. The claims adjusters probably have 50 files on their desk that they have to get to. They really aren't going to be concerned with him being on the phone unless it was completely clear. Now let the insurance companies do what you pay them to do: fix your truck. Hopefully they fix it to your satisfaction.

It shouldn’t matter, culpability wise, whether he was on the phone or not. He rear ended you, so the accident is his fault.

Lol. She wanted a Jeep Wrangler (I had one before my Taco) but I influenced her to get the white 4RT.

 

But is it removable for a reason? Screws would give you a way to remove it, taping wouldn't allow such an easy way to remove it. I don't know much about the snorkle and maintenance of one, so if it never needs to be removed then tape away. What about PVC joint glue?

Used a Redside Electric illumination harness to illuminate the heated seat switches. No pics of the install as this was a quicky, but I do have some pics of the switches illuminated.

Although when you get rear-ended its obviously not your fault, but with this evidence there should be nyet, nada, nothing for the perp to say to the contrary.

100%. You rear end somebody you are at fault......Fail to reduce speed to avoid a collision.... following to close, etc.
