Hey! I recently purchased a new 2022 Tacoma SR (V6 4x4) I’m currently around 500 miles and was wondering if I should start putting a fuel additive or wait. Also what do you guys recommend when it comes to brand and such? Thanks!

Nah, just don't top off and you'll be fine. These trucks are very sensitive to that and it will cause expensive damage. I'm sure someone will fight me on this part, but keep it 87 unless you tune for higher fuel trim (I lost mpg with 91 and a 91 tune though so I'm keeping it 87 w/ tune) and try to get your fuel from top tier stations.

Beyond that I maybe do an injector cleaner every 10k miles or so on my vehicles.

A good fuel system cleaner like Techron or LiquiMoly is a good idea, but I wouldn't bother with anything that soon. Like drizzoh said, 10k miles is fine.
Or, every once in a while you could fill up with a tank of 91/93 from Shell, which has a ton of detergents added.

Don't bother, modern fuels have all of the additives necessary to keep your fuel injection system in tip-top shape for hundreds of thousands of miles. Spending even a dollar on a fuel additive is a dollar wasted.

    Google: "Top Tier gas" https://www.toptiergas.com/licensed-brands/
Cheap-O-gas does not provide detergents needed to reduce carbon build up.

I throw in a bottle of injector cleaner once a year. Any major brand on sale.

Just as a matter of course, I always put in a bottle of fuel system cleaner at each oil change. Can't hurt and cost is minimal.

Yep, I had a Ranger back then with over 200k on it and the Costco gas made it knock. Put in top tier fuel and it was fine.

1oz Techron per 10 gallons of fuel, instant top tier fuel.

You made a claim with zero substantiation. The fact is, minimum fuel standards, standards which even the "Cheap-O-Gas" stations need to adhere to, have more than enough additives and detergents to keep an engine clean. Just because Top-Tier fuel has more is no proof of anything.

The cheap stuff today is waaayyy better than it was decades ago, back when fuel system cleaners became popular. Cleaners still help in some circumstances, and the higher end fuels pack better "ingredients". But it's not like these engines are super sensitive either.
