Yeah I bet that would get the bulk out. Dog box might be okay regionally, it would be trash here though you're right. Aluminum scrap is decent price right now tho

Probably should do that, I think the mileage is a bit much for some people too
Dog box is removable and definitely doesn't have to go. Probably should have take the dog box out for pictures, but I posted it on a bunch of houndsmen page.

Run your ad in FL. There is a shortage of running trucks there. I think we will see more shortages of:

    1) Cars
    2) Building material
    3) Home furnishings
    4) Telephone poles
    5) Alcoholic Beverages

Really appreciate it. I just need to focus on the important things, number 1 being Jess' health and wellbeing. She's much better than she was in July when I had to rush her to the ER but she's not out of the woods yet. Mold poisoning is no fucking joke :(

We'll get the hell outta here, just need to bide my time for a month or two until something becomes available

Give it 10-15 years and there will be a shortage of land in general, but we'll have a new Georgia coast

He is a class A asshat for sure lol. The missus smoothed it over slightly with him and he rescinded his verbal eviction notice but we are for sure getting the fuck outta here. There's no way I could last living next to him for a whole nother year

That's awesome you attached that, I've started Tai chi as a stretching regime to help with my chronic pain and square breathing has been one of the most stressed lessons so far lol

    Thanks :)

I've been able to justify all the shit we've had to deal with like this: we're just the the cosmic tool the universe uses to teach others their life lessons:laughing:

I said something like that 30 years ago when I lived in the NYC area and moved to FL for a few years. It sounded like crazy talk. Not so crazy today. I'm glad that I moved back to the hills.

Looks like a million dollars an acre. I should have waited when I sold 3 acres 5 years ago in a better location than that.

Prices up in NWA are turning into Napa Valley CA. I think you can get more house in CA now.

You can buy up acres of land in CA for around $20k per or less......in the desert

But it might become waterfront property later so could be a good deal

Yeah Napa Valley "wine country" is crazy expensive. Beautiful area but it's been insanely expensive for a long time

Its interesting if you look into the mountain communities down here around Arrowhead, Big Bear, Idyllwild, etc. the houses are way cheaper on average than in the surrounding metro areas below. We have been sorta looking at them but the commute would be killer for me, those roads get especially bad traffic-wise in the winter when everyone flocks up there for the snow season

 for real, I've always wondered why they do this with any natural disaster or dangerous scene. I get it if you're an investigative journalist doing a major story but its weird when tv anchors do this.

"I'm standing here outside the storm, neither an adventurerer or a meteorologist. Just another person cluttering up a disaster area, here to bring you barely audible commentary and visuals of wind and rain. I'll be on location all night to bring you the very best of water intrusion b-roll and tired citizens being asked question they neither have the answers to nor the time for. For ABCNBFONN News, I'm some rando."
