Those look similar to mine that came from PartsGeek. Think mine were around $145. Hope yours are better aligned. Took a few adjustments to get mine corrected. Still happy for the $$. Take the time and run a clear bead of sealer around the seam. I always do just for leak insurance. My stock headlights developed a small leak and they were original oem.

Installed mine last summer. The factory trim piece had worn thru the metal and caused surface rust. I went extra and added some grip tape and textured paint to keep it from happening again. Did all four doors.

I washed a camping season's worth of rodent repellent out of the engine bay. Nice and clean but doesn't have that nice pepperminty smell.
    Love repairs that cost nothing.

Thankful to still have my Tacoma, following a couple bikers when all of a sudden they split to avoid a huge metal trash can in the middle of the freeway. Had no time or options so I had to swerve and cut off the guy to my left, car behind me swerved and the guy he cut off slammed brakes and jerked the wheel causing him to get loose at 70mph. Car fishtailed and careened across 3 lanes smack into the side of an suv and they both went skidding into the retaining wall on the shoulder. Drove up a ways to where I saw highway patrol making a stop and pulled over to let him know.

Thanks man, unfortunate for the others involved but the impact actually didn’t look too violent so hopefully everyone was okay. There were a lot of people who stopped so I didn’t wanna add to the crowd which is why I went up a ways to the officer. He could do way more to help the situation than I could.

That's cheaper than 1-1/2 cheapo new tires. I am a huge fan of new take-offs. Bought 3 sets of 17" new 4runner take-offs the last few years for around $1100 total. Last new KO2's I bought were $840. I think the take-offs are a much better value. Nothing wrong with KO2's but a waste of money on my 2 wheel drive trucks. New tire prices are getting outrageous.

You know... My truck made an odd clunking sound every now and again in the front after I lifted it... Decided to take the sway bar off for unrelated reasons and the sound entirely went away! Not sure if it's the same sound as you but I'd get a clunk sound going over speed bumps or making turns RANDOMLY. Mostly I took mine off because I went with lifted Rough Country struts and it was stiffer than a sumbish but the clunk went away and the ride was waaaay smoother. (and still very manageable). After further investigation I think the sway bar end links were contacting my strut. This might not be anywhere close to the issue you're having BUT it made me think of it and maybe will help someone else out in the future!

    Just some stuff...
I hear something like that for the first three or four seconds after I start up. Doesn't matter if I've been driving all day or the first start in the morning. I've got to the point where I'm just tightening random things as I see them. Carrying a small bag with a set of quarter inch metric sockets with me everywhere I go. Eventually I'll find it and of course everything else will be nice and tight up front. Lol!

Take your belt off and check the in/out of your steering pump and the overall play of your idler pulleys. Took me a while to chase down but that's what mine was

1 week, 4 states, 1 tornado while on trail, and lots of wheeling she’s gotten us home safely.

We were on a pretty basic trail in NC when the tornado hit. I had the option of turning around but noticed a jeep stuck on the trail with trees down in front of him. He had nothing to cut them, no recovery gear, no food or water and well.. a jeep lol. We cut/winched the trees down to free him up and had him follow us off the trail incase we found more down trees.. which we did. Fed him some bologna sandwiches and sent him on his way, hopefully learning a life lesson to be better prepared for the worst.
