    My kid was like “that doesn’t look bad!” I said well, look at Tua’s hit on the back of his head last night. He wasn’t going 180 when his brain sloshed around. Bowman’s helmet only moved maybe 3-4” but that’s a lot of FAST force in those 3-4”.”

    Drivers are also saying the hits in the NextGen cars are pretty harsh too. More so than previous car.

    Yeah they've definitely been more vocal lately. NASCAR tried playing it off as that they're wrecking harder and at different angles than before. Drivers were quick to refute that.

    They like to blame the composite bodies too, but I don't buy that either because Xfinity has been running composite bodies for several years now and even last year was running faster speeds than cup at some tracks.
