So you say 2" lift helps you fit 33s but then go on to say that a 2" lift doesnt help and you need body modifications instead.

It’s not your explanation, you are not understanding how the lift actually works. In your diagram and explanation you are overlooking that the lowest point the wheel can travel to is identical between stock suspension and after lift. Look at your diagram and imagine both drawings with the exact same lowest point the wheel can travel to.
Spacer lift can works similar to how you have explained, but we are not talking about spacer lifts.

ok I summarize what I wrote for ya since you didn’t understand lol.

    Person A
If you want to ride around on street at ride height no off-roading 2inch lift with good alignment will fit according to what “fit” means for person A.

    Person B
wants to Offroad truck and use all suspension possible. 2inch lift plus body modification is necessary so no a 2inch lift alone for this person would not fit according to what “fit” means for person B.

Now op are you person A or B? Frankly I think op is trolling since I e seen him in LT thread a bit lol

I’m not talking about any one vehicle. Yes, some vehicles A arms can only travel down so far. My point is, if the A arm downwards travel isn’t inhibited by binding, hitting frame, ball joint travel, ext then the A arm will be limited by the travel from the strut. If the strut has, let’s say, 6” of travel and that give spindle 10" of travel then you will have that 10” no matter where the top of the strut is mounted. I’m not saying this it Tacoma specific but in general. I don’t know if I’m missing something or y’all are not getting my point.
The location of the top strut mount does not change travel UNLESS the down travel is limited by something. So a puck lift wouldn’t effect the ride UNLESS it causes binding.
Some vehicles with large wheel wells, a lift CAN allow bigger tires. On vehicles like the Tacoma, there are other aspects that effect tire size. Like body mounts and wheel well size.

LOL its the same suspension geometry (i.e. factory), lift makes no difference. You can run a 35" tire with no lift.

The reason a basic lift doesn't provide tire clearance is 3 simple words...independent front suspension.

    one again, thats incorrect
