Thanks, but I'm not at all knowledgeable in electrical stuff so I wouldn't have the capability, lol. Couple that with a busy work schedule and I wouldn't be able to do it at all. I'm gonna get in contact with the Toyota parts dealer I bought it from and take it from there, most likely. The lights are awesome though. The sequential turn signal is mesmerizing!

Yeah, ultimately a warranty claim is going to be the best route. But it’s an open offer if you change your mind

My next step would be to test the headlight on the bench with a known good harness. Since yours are installed the only thing you can try is swapping sides or swapping harnesses. Easiest to swap harnesses. I assume the problem will persist. Then you could swap sides if you revert to halogen but at that point I’d just send it back I think. If they will take it as exchange.

The last thing you can try is plugging a halogen bulb directly into the low beam connector, bypassing the LED housing and see if brightness changes at all.

Hood Struts, My version Fogs always ON, Map & Overhead Light Mod,
Mine would test the LED headlight, yours might test the connector, wire, fuse and relay.
My money is on the LED headlight being FUBAR'd.

I bit the bullet and ordered the headlights and the harness off Dave here.

Was my only gripe about my build is that while I bought it off the lot, it didn't have the LED headlight option!

I've installed the new unit a few days ago and now everything seems to be 100%. Along with OEM LED fogs that I bought off someone here on TW so I have full LED front lights. The headlights are fantastic compared to the factory halogens. They're a little better than the Morimoto Mini D2S 5.0 HID projectors that I retrofitted in my old car, too. High beams aren't as good as the factory halogens and they don't aim nearly as high as the bell shaped highs on my old car's D2S, but a wider spread compared to them. The fog lights are stupid wide and a short vertical spread which is exactly how I expect fog lights to be and considering how good they are, I think they're the best value in terms of fog lights. Super wide, sharp cut off and not overly bright. With that being said, you're not supposed to drive with fogs on so they're off most of the time. The headlights are fantastic. Makes the front look way more modern/aggressive.

I bought the lights and they’re great but I feel like the left and right alignment is off. My only real question is to those who had them in the snow, will they melt the snow off or no?

Mine need a little adjustment too. I haven't had a chance to test them in the snow yet, but no they won't get hot enough to melt snow. You might be alright in light snow. :notsure:

I do have SS3 Max fogs from diode dynamics. I know the pro and max versions will get hot enough to melt snow.

I don't think so. I believe there's a white plastic nut attached to a metal gear (not sure of the wrench/socket size). Turn it clockwise/counterclockwise to adjust up or down.

Some decent Fog and or Ditch lights will fill in the rest. My SS3 Yellow Max's throw a ton of light out front and to the sides, but I still want ditch lights.

Phillips head screwdriver straight down the channel that’s made into the back of the light housing to guild you into the gear. Adjustment is only up/down.

Ratcheting 10mm wrench works but round Philips is a bit easier to find for most and a little easier to twist vs ratchet I think.

I found the washer bottle on the passenger side to be a pain with the wrench but mine was probably long enough.

Great point, passenger side is definitely tighter w the washer fluid. Anyone with dual batteries is gonna have some squeeze on the driver side too. Round and long Philips head is the least tricky option if one is in the stable.

This would be a great thing to do at a regional meetup, if someone identified a fantastic location where we could just assembly line this stuff and then go do something fun afterwards. Too bad we don't all live in some small town somewhere in the mountains with rivers of beer or something...

I used my old headlight alignment to get it in the ball park so I think I should be ok.

Another success story upgrading to OEM LED headlight using FBC wiring harness. Thank you to @daveeasa for making this a reality for us on TW. If you're in the market for headlights and in the budget. This should be your only choice.

Not sure if anyone will have this answer but here it goes.

I've been looking at ordering the OEM LED headlights for my 2018 SR5 but here in Canada it is quite challenging to find them at a reasonable price. I went to the local auto part shop in my town and gave them the product numbers I got from this thread, they looked the part up and found the headlights with the number provided and it came up on Rock Auto, but on Rock auto they use the product number TO2503291 and TO2502291. I was wondering if anyone has had success ordering them from Rock Auto or if they are even the actual OEM headlights or a knock off and just labeled as such. They are about $1200CAD each and I have a company discount that would drop the price considerably so I am hoping that these are the true LED headlights and of course I'd still need to get the harness still.
