    Hey everyone,
I got a screaming deal on a Retrax XR tonneau cover and now I'm looking for a bed rack that's rail compatible/has adapters. I know there are several options (upTop Truss, Yakima, KB Voodoo, RCI with adapters, etc), but I will be picking up a roof rack down the line too with the intent of getting a RTT.

My question is: does anyone know what bed racks (with retrax or the tonneau adapters) would sit flush with a roof rack (like a prinsu or sherpa)?

As of now the only thing I see that appears to work is the upTop Truss with a Alpha/Bravo EX along with a Alpha/Bravo Roof rack. That looks like ~$3500 for all three components, and I'd like to avoid spending that much for a rack...

The alternative would be a short rack/crossbars, but I'm worried about what that'll do for visibility out the back ultimately. Any retrax with bed rack pictures are appreciated - I looked on the forums here and saw a few peoples' set ups, but again the only "flush" option I was able to find was the upTop. Open to other ideas if anyone has some!

One option you could consider is the Leitner Designs FORGED Tonneau w/ the load bar risers. The rack is a pricey option but definitely one of the most versatile out there. It's designed to work exclusively with the Retrax XR Rails and with the load bar risers, it should put you near height for the Prinsu rack.

The product page features quite a few images with the bed rack / tonneau installed.

^ The Xtrusion Racks are a great candidate as well. We spent some time with them at the Overland MTN West show this last August and they had an impressive lineup. Very customizable, so you should be able to get the height you're wanting out of it.

The owner is a great guy. I met him when he first showed at rendezvous in the Ozarks a few years back. Real solid guy and keeping all the products made in America out of Kansas.
