My first mod was the cheapest tonneau cover on Amazon lmao!! Funny thing is it’s better than the name brand I got off another guy when I had a different truck.

I have never had a different type if roll up, but I am very pleased with the quality of my Tyger Rollup.

I’m in the same boat. Didn’t want to spend a bunch of money on something I’m going to remove when I can afford a topper. There’s a review on here from a guy, who lives even farther north than me, that gave a positive review years later. They get more snow, have hotter summers and colder winters than where I’m at so I figure I’ll be good.
Oh dang! You beat me by ten bucks lol

Yes, but there are far better ones too. Google comparisons and also YouTube….lots of info out there. As most OEM things are stupid expensive, unless you get them as part of a package on the truck, there are better choices out there but may not fit so cleanly in the provided holes but that’s not impossible either.

Not done just today but in the last month she's gotten a 3" OME lift w/ UCA and HD leaf packs, Summit (SSW) Offroad Stryker 17x9 -24mm wheels wrapped in 285 KO2s, a softopper with a Datin Metal Fab bed rack, and finally a cab mount chop and a good ol pinch weld hammerin. Next I'm thinking bumpers and a RTT but those are still in the saving money phase.

Put on a rod holder via the bed rail. Bought some cleats from Amazon and 2.5” hex bolts. Had to drill out the back end of the rod holder but very simple

Added the Air Lift air bags I got from the forum. Everything went easy except the bolt on driver side that the gas tank blocks. Tricky but eventually got it in. Installed, tested and sitting with 5psi in each now. Just need to connect trailer with load to see how they level out a load. Btw....the Schrader fills that I mounted to the sides of license plate are not perfectly level to each other but used existing holes on backside of bumper to limit drilling through 2 surfaces.20221001_105555.jpg 20221001_105654.jpg 20221001_105708.jpg 20221001_105713.jpg
