    Hmm that is strange. The dealership I put $1000 down for it said this one was allocated to them for Wilmington NC dealership. Am wondering if tracking showed it may be headed elsewhere? Ty for your insight.

    I mean I probably could have been in one a couple months sooner, but I passed up a couple octane because I just don’t want a bright truck. Finally gave up waiting for a white when a Lunar Rock came available. I was close to top of the list, probably 30+ still in deposit line behind me. And I live in Denver, thought it would be different in a big city but nope.

    Fair enough. That makes sense. I keyed into the "one year" part and was thinking you could use that to help yourself a bit. Being on QC hold though is a bit nebulous. That could mean any number of things. A transportation scratch? They forgot the wheels? The engine's in backwards? :D What?

    In all three companies I've worked for, QC means Quality Control. It can mean so many things. Assuming the cars left the factory and passed a QC check there, I'm assuming that it means something happened during transportation.

    Location: CT
    Spec: 2022 TRD OR DCLB, Lunar Rock, full tech and LED

    Deposit placed: June 1
    Allocation received: July 20
    Original scheduled build date: August 29th
    Actual Build Date: September 9th
    Arrived at dealer: September 30th
