    Been busy today. Redid the tongue on the camper so I could use a proper hitch, then made a pulled pork. Here is is with some dilly beans and pickled beets. And I made my own bbq sauce! I think next time I’ll make a smoked one, which is the only way this could get better!

    I’m not against future mandates, but I AM against mandates that punish the past. So called “clunker” laws. Things that call for the destruction or “removal” of legacy vehicles. Crush for cash type legislation only damages our history and groups like SEMA work to preserve that expression. We have to preserve our future, but not at the cost of our past/history. Ingenuity drives us forward…
