My First long haul towing experience with my Tacoma - CA to KY

    Thanks for the info! Good to hear your experience with towing that much and no issues. I was thinking our fam was more in need of a full size before our trip and after buying the camper but I’m feeling good about dialing everything in and adding these mods.

    I thought that the Sumos were also for issues if you bottom out doing any type of off roading and/or in the case of towing.

    Sumos are not good for off roading unless you have >500lb of junk in the bed.
    For towing they may help smooth things out if you were to bottom out but most people use them because they have sag when connecting a trailer. The only correct way to fix sag is with a correctly set up weight distribution hitch.

    Got ya. Thanks for confirming that! Yea I got my WDH on and set up correctly with my front back to the original starting position. The back is only down about an inch.
