My ride up Eagle Rock(CO) this weekend sealed the deal on my exhaust reroute. It looks like I'm cutting and welding after lunch. My RCI skids are all slid fully forward in their slots, and I think I've bent the RCI rear crossmember. Oops.

Haha well, there have been a few big hits over it's lifetime. The trail was rowdy, rocky, and steep but didn't have to pull any rope.

I usually keep mine on the 3rd screen which shows engine temp, AT temp, average mpg, MPH (which is great with bigger tires) Intake temp (not necessary really) and Voltage.

damn, did you hit something lol. The only thing that has been replaced on the front end other than brakes is several sets of wheel bearings.

Update: passenger side is in. Feels so much less chattery over train tracks BUT I have a shake in the steering wheel at higher speeds (75+) and I always had a bit of that but it’s more pronounced now. Could it be that the new bearings made a balance problem felt more due to being tighter? Or is there some way that by using too much thread lock it could possibly have made the new hub not line up perfectly? I wouldn’t think it’d make that much difference…maybe threw my alignment out while working? Any ideas?

Id start with alignment and get your wheels balance.

I appreciate the sentiment but I’ve actually never owned that skid plate, might be thinking of another red taco?

Thanks. Just hoping I didn’t mess something up. I did use a lot of hammer on the brake pins for pad replacement so maybe I did throw the alignment. Or like I said, she was always wandering on the highway so maybe the new tight bearings just allow the out of balance wheel to be felt more

I hate MIGing exhaust on the vehicle but since I'm exceptionally lazy, that's what I did. Regardless, we've got clearance, Clarence. Not terrible for scrap pieces from the dumpster.

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
Hit 200k today on the way home from work. Got her an oil change and swapped a new serpentine belt on.
