Yeah they tied it up the way they should have 10 years ago or whenever the original series ended. Him disappearing into a hurricane to become a lumberjack was pretty lame lol.

 

Yeah, good ending. Def leaves it open to Dexter Jr. Idk if they will do it, but I would watch.

Watching Downtown Abbery movie from 2019 and then onto the new era movie. I enjoyed the series so have to watch the movies

 

"The Outfit"

 

Just finished "Last Seen Alive" 9n Netflix w Gerard Butler. Fucking great. Great action movie where all the right people get their asses kicked.

 

I enjoyed the documentary Facing Nolan on Netflix about Nolan Ryan. A little bit of nostalgia for me since I remember some his feats towards the end of his career. Didn’t know he never won the Cy Young award and he holds 51 MLB records. That’s nuts.

 

The Patient- Hulu. Only 7 episodes so far. Keeping me watching. 2nd gen DCSB in the show fwiw.

 

Black Summer season 2

 

Just finished Dahmer. It was way better then I thought it would be. Quicksilver better get an Oscar for his portrayal of Dahmer. Or an Emmy. lol

 

Horror in The High Desert

 

The first season was pretty intense, did a good job at showing how hectic I would imagine a zombie apocalypse would be.
That style didn't really work for me during the second season. I had a hard time understanding what was going on, or even discerning who was who. Mostly because they never really established an ongoing plot, or any real character development to follow. It was still worth watching, but I'll pretty much watch anything with zombies.

 

Agree 100%.

I only watched the first two episodes (season 2) - at first I had to remember the characters from 1 - they just weren't that memorable in Season 1 even. Now it's winter in summer (hahaha) and they are jumping the time shark all over the place.

But I guess they are just piecing together somewhat watchable but extremely corny zombie scenes. Stupid but brutal.

The randomness is special.

a lot of talk about this Dahmer show and I haven't seen it yet. Have you all seen My Friend Dahmer covering his high school years?

I just saw one of those "What Really Happened" or whatever shows that covered Dahmer and they interviewed one of his high school friends. Which reminded me of the movie.
