    landlord dropped my new fridge off around noon today. took at hour to get all of the tape off everything and get it pushed into its spot.
    got everything cleaned up and all of my foods are reloaded. didn't lose much - little produce, half gallon of milk and a thing of caesar dressing because its basically flavored mayo and that seemed a little risky. all of the stuff in the coolers was fine - the ice i bought didn't even melt! whew!

    my theory about the gas prices... they won't move much until mid-November, 'cause it gets cold and stuff around that time of the year...

    Damn furnace has been going all night, it's about 45° outside, about 65° inside of the hut. I just finished re-sealing the door and the glass in the door, on the woodstove. It looks like this weekend will probably be 1st fire inside of it. Not ready for this...:annoyed:

    And recently, an appliance dealer told me that if it was on it's side for less than 2 hrs, by the time you set it up (pull off all the protective wrap, install handles, etc, it should be good to go.
