    What was interesting is that the new grill looks like it has more adhesive for the outer layer. I was thinking of taking apart the old OEM grill apart and use it to fix the homer taco one and reenforce it.

    Another place to do some rally stuff. Still wanna upgrade the front end 1st but might try as it shouldn't have jumps here. Placed an order for the Ripp coils after hearing positive feedback about a slight mpg improvement and possible power improvement due to the MJ increase. I would still like to try the R35 coils but that'll be some modding for later.

    Note for self, Dirt king lca weighs 25 pounds a corner, pending weight of stock lca for comparison, and similarities of 4runner/FJ lca to tacoma lca and/or differences. I dont believe there are any differences. Need to find out what the spindle gusset adds. After that then I can refresh the front end some more.

    I think so as well. The whole front end looks the same when comparing my 4th gen 4runner to the Tacoma.

    So I slotted the catch can bracket to bring it up to clear the banjo fitting to install the drain kit. Also unboxed the new engine. @o0opackersfano0o makes a nice box.

    @Coupe and I have an idea to address cooling issues on 1gr's w/o converting to an electric fan. I have to thank my GTR ownership as that's what I had to compare to give me an idea. So this'll be a bolt in affair with the the fan clutch. Some pictures of the progress.

    So @Coupe is driving around with it to do some testing. I am hoping it'll be the solution for people that tend to run on the hotter side.
