Bed mounted winch (lightweight pulling)

Erick, do leave the tailgate at home when you have the fishing pod on the bed?
What about that same winch tied to tow hitch and a pulley set up at the front? (with synthetic rope) with a tube locked where the tailgate would be and a small roller on the tube.

 

I bring the tailgate with me, the ice shack fits in there with the gate closed. I actually thought about getting a small hitch mount one and routing it up like there, but ended up being way too much rigging.
