Anybody else in this wind storm? We just lost power near downtown Phoenix. Apparently its snowing at Snowbowl and there are gnar storms headed our way.

Yeah, calm in NW Peoria now, but was dodging overwatered mesquites on Cactus as I was headed home. I had to go outside to take a look at work, was sitting at my desk and heard the overhead doors rattling in the wind - that's always a good indicator to go outside and look. Product of a mis-spent youth. Grew up in the Midwest, when the tornado sirens were going off, my dad would haul us all out to the porch swing to watch the storm. Always said we would die due to a brick flying to the back of the head. Yep, was outside watching the storm cells over Grand Island, NE in 1980.

Have rain in the forcast everyday this week but no snow. Water in the gas? Which stations so I know to avoid them right now.

No. No water in gas. If that were to happen. The fuel controller shuts down. Plus I only install water sensing filters that clog up shut when water flows through.
Its water in sumps and other containment areas.

oh ok cool. Its happened up here at safeway once and speedway aswell where water was mixed with the gas and fucked a few people's vehicles up to the point of new motors needing to be installed. But I believe they fuel was contaminated before even being put into the ground tanks.

Nah was probably a bad cap and seal and they didnt get the water out. Speedway, I'd..I'd stay away. They dont use water sensing filters, and just generally they dont like to spend money to properly fix stuff.
Maverik, Circle K are safe bets in Show Low.
