How long did you have to wait for your factory 2022 order/request/whatever it is called?

    I'm going through Claremont- which has 0 markup. To be honest I didn't realize they had other Toyota locations. Based on a quick look, my guess is that Mr. Mcgee owns all of them, and has major partners at every location that run their own show. Could be wrong.

    More or less correct, and several other dealerships as well without the McGee branding. How do I know this? My son is a sales associate for one of the McGee dealerships.

    Makes sense. My wife's cousin is the "owner" of one of them. My understanding is that it's a partnership.

    It was, your VIN indicates it was built in Tijuana, which is literally right over the border from San Diego.

    Pretty good bet; the Baja factory is less than 3 miles (as the crow flies) south of the border and more importantly, about 30 miles from the train line.

    I went through Costco, which routed me to Divino Toyota. I am paying $525 under MSRP, which is like 39,700 for a Sport DCSB AT. It's set to arrive any day. I'm told there's a $289 Doc Fee and $249 vehicle theft fee (this is supposed to be removed). I'll confirm once I own the vehicle.

    Thought when I left the dealership yesterday that the price was going to be just under MSRP but quickly found out when I checked my email this afternoon it was $3000 over MSRP. Literally just went on line at 2100 hrs at another dealership and did financing/price right at MSRP with a confirmed email (22 SR5 DCSB,4x4,AT in Metallic Gray). Going to the dealership tomorrow to drop off a deposit because i'm heading to hunting camp in Maine and don't have time to play around until next week. Enjoy the day.

    yup... Talked with one dealership, sent msrp, then when I called said it was going to be 9000 over MSRP.... Bait and switch much? Called another dealership said MSRP and Taxes and and small fees , had it in writing, put order in Monday. Do your research, lots of dealers still adding the stupid dealer add on fee....
