It all started so simple, or so I thought. Then I made it to the LS swap. After picking up my jaw, I have decided to send OP my extended cab for a nice little “remake” !!

Long atlas shifters easy to reach. Trans shifter closer to you and angled slightly. Cutting brake on the opposite side. Make sure when you set up the atlas and trans shifter, you can reach it comfortably incase your pushed into the back of the seat on a steep climb.

I was gonna center in same spot as stock one or as close as I can. I don’t have dash in yet so I have no references. All that patch work had to be done before ac went back in. Sucks.

This Amazon sound/heat deadening stuff rated higher than Kilmat and it was like made for a 1st gen floor pan. I didn’t have to cut it at all. Perfect fit, formed great! Super easy.

Still working 5-8 hrs a day on truck but nothing rewarding sucks. Today finally got to something fun. Dash in, old harness all tucked away. Think I can make this shift setup work.

    24922EA0-1BDF-4ACD-8AFB-05EC932A7460.jpg FB69D386-2AA3-4234-AACF-67A2C21148B5.jpg

Totally nailed the hand brake. Finally got a bone thrown to me. That thing is staying right there. That stupid bottom compartment is useless anyway. Perfect place for stuff that does stuff.
