I’m amazed that anyone else ever even heard of it. Still have this stuck on the side of my garage fridge.

 

Long story short: @Motofox, @bot102, and I were camping out past Pyramid Lake several years ago, and Michael Green and his son drove into our camp, did some Land Rover repairs, and had lunch. Then a few months back, while I'm doing a job up at Fort Bragg, I get to talking with one of the people onsite, and, go figure, it's that same son. Small world.

 

May not be PewDiePie numbers... But I'm proud of our little channel.

Really? Well that sucks. Not sure I'll be making many more trips up 4 this year though... at least that far. Maybe Corral Hollow or another trip to Sourgrass.

I'd be all in... But we plan on doing at least 3 days at King of Hammers this year... this event is the next week. Not sure I can pull that off.

I'm driving down Wednesday and staying through Sunday. You should start a KOH thread when the event gets closer.

Who's in?

 

4x4 In Motion is having a run at Niagara Rim Trail. 14th - 16th. They are staying at Dardanelle Resort Fri and Sat. Trail run is on Saturday morning. 10 AM I believe.

We are probably going up on Fri evening to camp (dispersed) Probably at the spot on Long Valley Creek, we normally go to, on Friday.
We'll do the trail ride on Sat morning and camp with the club on Saturday (at Dardanelle Resort)
We'll probably do a little exploring on 5N01 on Sunday morning, and return home.

 

Those are the same days we are planning on being there. I just want to see the Everyman race (not that I don't already know that Loren or one of his teammates are going to win that) and the Race of Kings.

Not really interested in the motorcycles, or UTVs or any of that other stuff. Watchin the Trophy trucks would be cool. but that would add like 3 days to the trip.

 

They sort of take the "Everyman" out of that race. Have you guys been previous years? I usually drive out into the desert to camp so I can get away from the idiots with fireworks.

 

No, this will be our first time to Hammers.

 

This will be year 6 for me. It'll be nice to see another Tacoma in the crowd.

 

The time to go would have been in the beginning. Before it turned into burning man for off roading.

 

Burning man for off roading is kind of why I want to go this year lol
