    I think you’ll get a lot of 15/8 stacks for the rear for your answers.

    Just revalved my fronts to 15/12 with a 12 flutter. It’s my daily driver and first time rebuilding/revalving shocks.

    JD +4 here also. Front Coilovers 10/10 Front bypass 18/12. Rear 16 inch triple bypass 15/8 on a DMZ SUA

    Some and some more
    New to long travel as of 1 day. The 2006 came with total chaos LT . There is a torn boot on the cv axel . I’m going to replace it. I don’t know what to buy. I herd tundra axels? If so what year ? My fist dumb Lt question thanks for any help.

    Not sure what you mean??? The coilover has. .010 compression stack and a .010 rebound stack. The bypass is .018 comp stack and .012 rebound stack. Am I missing something here? edit: so you are saying they don’t make .018 shims?

    King shims come .008, .010, .012, .015, .020. So Im just making an assumption its double stacked 10's and 8's

    I don’t think he’s double stacked. Light valving in the coilover and primary valving in his bypass.

    Ah ok. Not really sure how they did it. Haven’t taken them apart yet. Just what the tag said when I picked them up.

    My valving for the JD +4 and freebleed 3.0 were very specific specs. Very different from what I’ve seen.

    My 2.5 freebleeds came like 20/12. It was way too much for my needs so I went down to 15/12. Considering trying a mix of .012's into .015's now. Truck is super dialed but I think theres still more to be had.

    Toyota part number 0442804010 is an oem boot kit with everything you need to service one axle. Inner and outer boots, grease, clamps, etc. I would just reboot it.

    I can’t remember where I was when I read this but it was @CGoss truck. Apparently 5100’s have more shock travel than extended coilovers or just as much? About to upgrade my wife’s 08 FJ and I think they share front shocks. Would be nice to get an economical mid travel set up on it while I’m at it.

    Here’s what I’m seeing for 5100’s and King extended coilovers. 5100’s have a 5.56” stroke, extended Kings have a 5.875”. Will try to find the stroke on stock Tacoma shocks-

    Looks like reg travel king shocks have a 4.95” stroke so the 5100’s beat that at least. I’m guessing most stock replacements will have similar strokes aside from the Bilstein which appears to be able to support and extra inch of travel at the wheel. Interesting.
