5S foam drawer liners. There's a place for everything, and everything has its place. I hate wasting time looking for a specific tool that I know I have and as the old saying goes, "Time is money".

What's funny is the rest of his tools were very neat and tidy. Just not the little drawers
I think you'd like my tool box organization more but it ain't neccesarily perfect.
