My truck was born in a time before DRLs.......thankfully. The ebrake thing seems like the best answer....if sitting. Tryin to go stealth while rollin up, mod time

 

My 09 sport does not have drls, maybe the previous owner turned them off.

 

OP, do the Crom DRL switch add. It's easy.
Cut wire, crimp connectors to each end and added wires to a on/off switch

or assemble this so no cutting the OEM harness/wires.

 

I like that 17 years after this generation came into existence, we are still learning about the subtle differences on these trucks lol.
