I bought a front and rear set of the 5100s a month ago and have been debating on whether I want to put them on or not. Mainly because I enjoy my decent gas mileage, but also because I don’t know if it would look ok with my 265/75/16 Wildpeaks. Does anyone else have a set up with this lift and tire size? I’d like to see how it looks before I pay to put it on and then end up having to size up on tires soon after.

    Thanks for any help
    Max

Are you using stock coils? OME coils? AAL in the rear? Block in the rear? That's what gonna give you lift, not the 5100s alone.

All I have is the 5100s. I’ve been trying to do research on everything involved, but I haven’t bought anything else.

Sorry to derail a little bit but whats your:

    -Indicated speed vs true speed?
    -MPG’s?
    -wheel well and tire clearance?

im all stock and im considering the same tire and size for mine.

It will “look” fine, more importantly it will drive much better.

I have the 5100’s with Eibach coils (bottom setting) and Icon AAL, rides great.

It should look ok. To my research the Bilsteins 5100 can give you up to 2" in the front and 1" on the back but not recommend to use full 2" in the fronts. Im looking into getting some as well but want to find a shop to install them.

I have stock front suspension but icon progressive add a leaf and 5100s in the back with same tire size. Had some trouble with sagging after adding the topper and this new setup fixed that. Without the added weight you might sit a bit higher in the back than me (if you decide to go with the AAL too).

Same exact set up as yours. 5100's are way better than my stock SR5 shocks. Truck feels more truck and less truckcar with them. I used the stock coils which seems fine and added an ICON AAL to the rear. 1.5' lift in rear/1"or in front.

Did you keep the overload in with the AAL?

The 5100s won't give you any lift over stock (or non that really matters as they are a bit longer) unless you move the clip from the bottom setting for the front and other additions noted for the rear. Ditto to the rest, just a better ride overall

Put the 5100's on. I've had them on with with stock components for a couple years now and the truck feels so much better. I'm up a notch or two as well which accomplished a "level" look.
