Good morning everyone! It looks like a nice day on tap, soak up the sun while you still can.

I'd love to join in with everyone but tomorrow is already booked, going to go bike riding on the C&O canal around Hancock.

 

Do it!!! Here's a picture of mine. It took me 9 years of ownership before I actually did it. It should have been one of the first things I ever did but its better late than never. And it takes two seconds. I secured it to the frame with a zip tie.

I would love to spray my frame but I've gotta work all weekend. What are you planning to use, just rustoleum?

I’m at the Harpers Ferry Brewery. I see a few Tacoma’s in the parking lot. Anyone else here too?

Heaven on Earth to me. 21acres here. Wife & I bought our cabin in 2017. My dad & I have a cabin on 8 acres 2 roads up from mine. This past March we bought this fully equipped cabin for $25k from a coworker of mine. Like mine it sits at the end of a private road. I've gotta do some tree work to open up the view of the mountains & river. It has a foundation with basement for a log cabin to be built on.

You are truly livin' my dream. Good job. I'm starting to plan retirement stuff - I can start my pension age 57; Thinking of buying property now and starting to get it paid-down in time for retirement in 7 years and 2 months. Something like you have seems about right - just looking to ensure i find a place with the best tax relief for pensioners.

 

My goal was to be mortgage free by the time I was 60. I'm 48, sold my Baltimore house and paid off my cabin. I'm living debt free.
