    I live in Pennsylvania; No personalized plate, but in January 2021 I got the special "Preserve Our Heritage" railroad plate for my truck. My truck has been in the family since new and had the original plate from September 2009, which was starting to peel; I was going to get a personalized plate that said "2ICE SHY" as a nod to a Great White song I like, but there was up to a six month wait for personalized plates. On top of that, personalized plates are still the same boring PA plates, and the railroad plate actually looks cool!
