    We went to dinner in D.C. i was more nervous than a cat who drank energy drink! I was a little worried about getting mugged or something...realy glad to get out of there.

    I woulda guessed Rochester, NY.
    It's on a lake, it's cloudy and rainy and sucky, it's big enough to have a few tallish buildings... and you've mentioned driving in New York often enough...
