I actually will be making some but won't be making enough for a group taco unfortunately

 

I do have some fresh peppers..... Won't be as wicked as the last batch!

 

Well whip some up, I'll marinate a ribeye and leave the second for midnight steaks. Someone grab tortillas because I'm not hand making those for you guys.

 

That sounds....Okay, it sounds delicious but maybe I'm just getting a bit older, that sounds like 5AM regret.

Curious - how you do your steaks? Plain? Texas? Seasoned to hell?

Someone bring a cheese grater too, cheese slices nice but that's pretty thick for tacos.

 

On occasion. I make tamales all the time though.

I don't cook the steaks, I provide the meat and yall do what you want with it.

 

Looks like I’m jam up with 2 days of nightshift OT for next weekend so I won’t be able to join. The joys of working in the power industry

 

I am planning on wheeling on Friday. Trails 33, 34, 35 & possibly 39 all sound good to me. Fern Ridge over on the west side is also good.

 

Working on final touches so I can use this next weekend. Should make camping a lot easier.
