That might be the easiest thing for someone to do, but then the customer has attempted their own repair and if the brake something in the process. Rivian could deny to repair that other broken component.

I doubt if they would given they are a new company.

At least bring ya a coffee so you can sit and watch her ass while she is yanking on the torque wrench… :p

Wasn't their a recall for the torque specs for the seatbelt tensioner?
I think most people would have that attitude for a vehicle in that price range.

How many AMG owners work on their new yet to be paid off MBZ?

If you manage to break something tightening down a nut that size then you are either too dumb to be allowed to drive or spend way, way too much time at the gym.

I like where you’re going with that but I think it’s more likely to have your wheel fall off than for a Rivian technician to give you a happy ending after service. Much less have it be a hot woman doing it.

Yeah, 207 trucks were recalled to check the front seatbelt B pillar anchors.

That doesn't sound like a major problem. I couldn't recal if that was them or someone else.

Now the worst possible scenario for Rivian would be where an Amazon driver gets hurt due to a potential defect in one of their vans.

Hopefully this one gets the same mode.

True “hover mode” or “straight to the flatbed tow mode”.

Shiiiiit after busting my knuckles for years and years, don’t even change my own oil anymore on poverty model Tacoma…

$100’000 pickup would expect above and beyond service. Fresh snob coffee and scones, and maybe a full body massage with a warm essential oils afterwards…and possibly a mani/pedi. lol!

I hate to disappoint you, but the service on $100,000 cars is just as crappy as the ones that cost a third as much.

Looks to be even worse with Rivian, don’t even give you a showroom to sit in to sip crappy coffee and eat packaged cookies.
