2019 Tacoma TRD extra cab with the dynamic info system.. the mirror turn signals stopped working last night, but they do light up when I use the key fob for locking and unlocking.
Is there something I could have inadvertently turned off? I’ve been through the manual, but can’t find anything related to the mirror turn signals and wonder if it’s buried somewhere in the infotainment section.. thanks

Is there a separate fuse for the mirror indicators, and if it’s blown, wouldn’t the mirror indicators stop work as well with the lock/unlock function?

Do the turn signals on your tails work?

Can you elaborate on the symptoms a bit more? Do the turn signals flash on the headlight assemblies as well as on the combination meter? Does the flashing stop after a short period of time?

All turn signals function except the ones on the mirrors.. However, when using the key fob, the ones on the mirrors work when pressing lock, and when unlocking the doors

I’m wondering if it has to do with the blind spot monitoring system? Like maybe they only activate when there is a car behind you in the lane you wish to merge
    into? My error perhaps?

No, they are in parallel with the rear turn lamps, they share an internal trace in the Main Body ECU.

I check the resistance on the two 7.5 amp fuses under the dash and they zeroed out.. no issues I believe they were identified as IG 1 and IG2.

Any ideas were to go from there.. horn works, turn signals work, only thing not working is the mirror indicators however they operate fine with the key fob as they should..
which leads me back to the BSM idea.
I’m also very rural, and recall them working last night when I ran to the airport. But then I didn’t see them on the way home, of course traffic was light at 5 am Sunday morning in Pennsyltucky
Any chance someone could verify theirs work sitting in the driveway when they turn on the signal ?

You refer to "mirror indicators" and BSM.
Is the problem with the turn signal indicators on the outside housing of the mirrors?
Or with the BSM indicators in the mirror glass?

Turn signal indicators on the outside of mirrors. The BSM functions as it should when activated, readily apparent in the mirrors glass.. turn signal indicators on the outside of mirrors also work with key fob when locking .

Do they light up with the hazard lights? By any chance did you recently install @MESO total tails?

Yes they do, I’m still thinking they have some sort of sensors for blind spot monitoring.. I’ll give a few days and see how they work on the road.. thanks for your help.. they are factory by the way

It seems odd that the hazards work, but the signals do not. You can pop off the mirror covers, and test the actual plug at the mirror for signals just to confirm they're not firing at the connector. Any chance you installed aftermarket tail lights, LED bulbs, or perhaps a towing harness somewhere? Any electrical work at all? Any accidents?

Is there a GAUGE No. 1 fuse inside of your Tacoma fuse box below the steering wheel you can check?
