Just an update on the Mustang Project...

She is on the road. The engine is back in. 3" exhaust with XPipe built and installed. New front-end suspension. Front Disc Brake conversion done. Should have the new wheels and tires on it next week.

Afternoon everyone, been a while. Does anybody remember who it was that sold "seat spacers". My 5'9 ass is just too short for this manually adjusting seat. He's probably not selling them anymore but figured I'd take my chances.

Do you mean the seat jackers by Desertdoesit? You're wanting to tilt the seat, right?

The Firestone on 377 in watauga has done me right on several occasions. I bought the lifetime alignment and only go to that particular location.

When I lived in Fort Worth the Firestone on Camp Bowie and Cherry Lane was always able to get my truck to my requested specs.

Firestones are hit and miss for me. I had to bring mine back to NE Mall twice before giving up and having a chat with the manager at Bedford. He told me that he would pull an alignment guy from another store and to bring it there during my work hours. That guy did a fantastic job. But it took three visits and a couple of conversations to get there.

hmm I'm not too worried, Because all I need is Toe which shouldn't be hard, I did my uppers myself a while ago and got the most adjustment I could out of of them and my lowers have lock-out plates welded in, so basically only the toe is adjustable, id do it myself but got no tools here yet. already know what I want it at too. just my truck doesn't fit on some lifts bc it's so wide but that's rare nowadays.

You should be good. Everyone should know how to do a toe. And the good news is that if you don't like it you have at least a year to keep bringing it back until you do.

I don’t know if he’s still there or not, but the master tech at the watauga one is a 4x4 nut and knows his stuff. I talked to him when I brought the truck in the first time and he’s been the one to do the alignment each time. It’s been quite a while since I was in there though.

Hey guys, just jumped into a 3rd gen after trying out a few different cars since my 1st gen got totaled.
Does anyone have tech stream that could help me program a new smart key (2019) since my truck only came with one? Maybe stop the seatbelt chime and see what other useful things are in TS?
