Pushing 700 degrees on the stones... oak wood.
    upload_2022-10-9_21-4-35.jpg

Crust was excellent - perhaps a hair too close to the fire for 5 seconds too long.... but I like it that way.
Pizza sauce by Trader Joes .. fine-chopped jalepeno, fine chopped garlic, fine chopped green pepper, black olive, trader joes mozzarella, salami, black olives...

I need to get one of those. I have plenty of oak wood for one.

It's the Ooni Pro 16. I don't think they make it anymore got mine during the lockdown. I think the idea of actually feeding it wood is just
too much for some people so now they have these gas-fired and/or pellet fired units. I like the wood fired.

Another reason why I want to get an air fryer.

I love my air fryer. There are endless uses for it. It makes the best wings, and you can even hard boil eggs...

For mine, 385 for about 8-9 minutes does the trick.

That was the original reason why I wanted to get one. I make my own fries often, in an air fryer has to be easier and less cleanup. Probably better for you too. It seems there's so many other uses for it.

I have it dialed in for some frozen, breaded chicken from Costco but haven't quite figured out breasts yet. What do you do so I can steal it? :D

That's what I like about sweet potato - it doesn't need much else. Tomorrow may make a sweet potato & black bean burrito. The air fryer would be ideal for the sweet potato. I really should an air fryer, they don't cost a fortune and best of all, they're good for making and re-heating pizza!

Perfect timing since I am cooking now.

-I marinate them in Italian dressing the day before.

    80498312-EEA3-4116-8749-53BBD2462FAB.jpg

    -360F for the default 15min

    A5298066-63BB-45A1-AD07-557D7C4A63DC.jpg

-Flip them, drizzle marinade on them and 360F again for 15min

*If they are very thick I sometimes slice them open and do another 5 min at the end.

Then serve. I almost never use the grill for chicken anymore since the air fryer does it so well.

eta- we could use an air fryer thread
