Can I still use the $100 bed mat I bought with the track. Believe it or not I'm a stickler and I always tie my 2 stroke can, gas can, lawn mowing supplies box and leaf blower in. I specifically load my mower and snow blower to where they wont come through the window and lock themselves in and yet I still strap in the mower. I put a board at the front of the bed to distribute the weight of the blower against the back wall and the ramps are pressed in by a board touching the tailgate so it can't go forwards or backwards. At my last job I was the main equipment vehicle driver as I was the smoothest and safest driver. This was the average amount of equipment I transported on a work day.

And I have seen first hand what being rear ended will do to equipment. The gas can went from the back of the bed and bounced off the tool box. Barely left a nick on the can and no sign of damage on the box. It was a hard enough hit to lock all the seat belts in the truck and total the minivan that hit our truck.
