Anna was wearing a camouflage sports bra under that plaid button-up shirt that suited the zombie apocalypse theme quite well...

 

Pete has a lot of customers with older Volvos, and this was XC70 was one of several that he bought to cannibalize for parts. There is no engine in it, as you can see, and this made for yet another excellent photo op; I was absolutely shocked when Anna told me she was willing to wear the mask she initially refused to wear...

 

Anna said she only wore the respirator for me, and hated every minute of it, and she swore that this will be the last time ever that she wears a mask like this...

 

Like I said, there is no engine in this thing...

 

Anna is no actress, but she still played the part incredibly well...

 

After seeing pictures of my friend in the pink wig, Anna requested a purple wig, but ultimately decided to go with her real hair for the shoot. As I said before, she absolutely hated wearing the mask and claims she did it just for me, but I think curiosity got the best of her and she wanted to see what it was like. Remember, my neighbor's 6-year old daughter requested to try on the respirator last week. But yeah, this is Anna!

 

Anna finally couldn't deal with the respirator anymore, and I had to remove it for her. Huntress X/Pink, my first volunteer, was the only one of the five who had ever worn a mask like this before and as such was able to put it on and remove it by herself. When you're a woman with long hair and have never worn a mask like this before, removing it can be quite a chore; I had to assist Colleen, Gwyn, Donna, and Anna with removing the mask...

 

I'll say it again, y'all have some cute friends Charlie..

 

Anna is a business major who might be going for her masters degree; I am still amazed at how willing these amazing women are to pose with the truck!

 

I would also like to point out once again that no vandalism took place, and that both Volvos already had busted windows...

 

Anna is a self-confessed thrill seeker, and can also be described as a bit of a daredevil. She loves climbing high, and was all too eager to hop up on the hood of the car. Also, if you look closely at the Volvo's inspection stickers, you will see that they expired in November 2021. This car was only parted out fairly recently!

 

We stopped by Helen's house before I took Anna back home (Pete's garage, Anna's house, and Helen's house are all probably within a 3-mile radius so this was not hard on the truck); Helen took some pictures of us...
