Back from a really gross work trip and decided my reward is powdercoat for my winter wheels. After looking at what materials were gonna cost to do a nice paint job vs what I got quoted for a no-rush powder job it was a no brainer.

Dropping them off today and naturally I can't decide if I want to go with a bronze or a rose gold. I was originally thinking white but 1) I want some bling for the otherwise completely utilitarian truck and 2) I don't think the FJ alloys will look great in white.

I may also see of they'll do a two tone - silver outside edge with bronze/gold spokes, or maybe white edge/black spokes??? Idk. I have about three cups of coffee to make up my mind.

I run those same wheels as my dailys. They look great in matte black like I have but I also think they would look great in a dark matte bronze!

Oh hey - I live in that town! Let me know if you're ever over this way again - been a while!

I have yet to try that place, but I have heard amazing reviews...

I've heard good things too. When I stopped in, the woman told me they have a very small staff, and that's why reservations were required. They didn't have any openings that day.

Sort of truck / vehicle related... I'll be getting rid of 2 car beds if anyone wants them. One is a Corvette bed, working headlights and all:

The other is a blue nascar looking bed:
These are both stock photos, but those are the beds I have. They have plastic book cases / toy boxes with them also. the Corvette bed will accept a toddler mattress and converts to a twin. The blue bed only accepts a twin mattress (not getting rid of the mattresses, just the beds). They knock down so they're easy to transport. If you want them, let me know. We got our kids more long-term bed sets so these need to go relatively soon.

So I'm trying to post something for sale in the 3rd gen classifieds group and it keeps telling me I need to enter a valid title... I have tried "FS:" before the title and different variations... What am I doing wrong here...

Perfect, let me know. They come apart so they can be moved pretty easily. You can decide if you want any of the plastic side pieces (the side toy boxes honestly aren't great quality and have gotten a little beat up by my kids but are still in tact and serve their intended purpose)
