Figures. Weekend is busy but I’ll get Monday off so there is that.

 

Ordered all the parts and supplies I need for my black dash update. After almost 14 years, tired if the silver. Only issue is going to be the HVAC controls are lit with white LEDs. I still like my orange dash lights so hoping there is a way to insert orange tint film but won't know until the part is received on Fri.

 

Thats a solid little haul haha. I have a bigger trailer if you need more moved at once if you want

 

You have a trailer that will hold one ton at a time? Sir.....you are holding out on me......that would be fantastic......well.....not now anyway, but next year that would be great.....I usually get 4 tons every year. I have 3 different size balls for the hitch and a electronic brake controller as well if needed.

 

Cleaned up the hack job when I did the hood struts. Carved up the inner rubber side panels pretty good with heavy duty snips. So I took a dremel tool to the rough edges. Much cleaner look.

 

Since getting the Kubota I purchased a beefy little trailer that could easily move 2 ton a time. Two trips max!

I have been seeing a lot of new trucks on the road lately that come with larger wheels and lower profile all season tires from factory. Thinking Dodge and Chevy.
Are they doing it for better gas mileage? I'm pretty sure you can't haul heavier load or tow with tires like that.
Tacomas come with thicker all season tires from the dealer for example.
