Got the O2 sensor and seems the nuts that hold it down are rounded off and rust welded to it.

Sounds like you should have done a little bit more research, and expected to have to replace the studs and nuts as well. With the exhaust cool hit the studs with some pb blaster or penetrating lube (NOT wd40). With a bit of luck you might be able to get the nuts free. If not, then you'll just need to cut them and replace the studs. The studs are threaded into the bung. You'll probably want new studs either way. The studs and nuts are ok to get from a local auto parts store.

    PB Blaster is highly flammable.

Parts of your exhaust are hot enough to start tall brush on fire.

I feel like this shouldn't need to be said out loud, but it's 2022 :notsure:.

It's not going to boil off or start a fire on o2 bolts.

    :notsure: Not really an argument.

Can you spray pb blaster on hot components? Absolutely. People do it all the time when heating up bolts and stuff they are trying to break free. But they are generally already using flame (so hopefully they have already taken the precautions necessary for that).

The danger is more that someone might drive to get some PB Blaster, return home and then start spraying their exhaust right away... The areas closer to the cats (where the o2 sensors are) are hot enough to ignite the pb blaster, so just be careful.

It's the internet, and I don't know anything about your level of knowledge or experience in the garage, so rather than suggest you spray away, I put "cool exhaust", so as not to be responsible for burning your face off.

Best is to have a plan not to seize to begin with......

every year when you grease those universals....
you take some of that high temp grease and smear on those threads......

Or better yet....the copper anti seize.....

Same on hardware attached to dust shield on rear drums.....glaze threads/ hardware....and all propeller shaft bolts.....
    just like cream cheese......

Flammable pb blaster wouldn't work for me.....
.....one of my secret weapons is to presoak....always....
but when your ready spray again and then torch it until its boiling out of the threads.....
That's when you know to put the wrench to it......works every time......
well except for that fuel line..........that was Dremel time......

I use the seafoam 'Deep creap',, online tests said it was the best.....
    and thank God.......totally nonflammable......sooooo far.....

Ended up being able to replace the part and ran great for week or so but had another code come about and shows issues with charcoal canister and purge valve. Has moments where it runs rough again but clears up
